Remember Holt who was tied to the guardrail and then run over, and some people saw it happen and pulled over to help him? Well that was in June of 2018 and he’s been in foster with us ever since. Turns out Holt was not always good with other dogs, so we were never able to find a placement for him with our partner rescues. But today is his big day! What a great way to start the new year!
