Thank you to all the donors who helped us save Sonic the senior Pug!

Here he is with his forever mom and his new senior Pug brother, Bentley. We thought Sonic was a big Pug, but it turns out Bentley is a couple of inches taller than him!

This adopter had wanted to adopt Meatball but missed out on him. When the rescue showed her Sonic and asked if she was interested, they got a one-word response: YES!!! And the rest is history! She’d just been waiting for his vetting and transport to be completed and came running to get him as fast as she could. Pug lovers are a special breed of human, that’s for sure!

Sorry, buddy, there’s no more bacon in your future. Your new mom is putting you on a strict diet.
